Terms of Use

You may use Template Mail for lawful personal purposes. You are responsible for the content you create, store, or use with the App. You may not misuse, copy, modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the App.

You are responsible for your own data and content. Template Mail may store data on your device and, if enabled, through Apple's iCloud services. VDTKM Labs is not responsible for lost, corrupted, deleted, or inaccessible data, including data resulting from device failure, software errors, iCloud issues, or circumstances outside our control. You should maintain your own backups of anything important. For information about how Template Mail handles data, please see our Privacy Policy.

Template Mail is provided "as is" and "as available." VDTKM Labs does not guarantee that the App will always work, be available, be error-free, or meet your particular needs. You use the App at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VDTKM Labs is not responsible for any loss, damage, inconvenience, or other harm resulting from your use of, or inability to use, Template Mail. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, lost productivity, device problems, software problems, or problems with third-party services such as iCloud. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

Template Mail, including its software, design, graphics, branding, and other materials, belongs to VDTKM Labs or its licensors. You may not copy, sell, distribute, or modify the App without permission.

VDTKM Labs may update, change, suspend, or discontinue Template Mail or any of its features at any time. We are not obligated to provide continued support, updates, or access to the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of Template Mail after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
