These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of TravelRewards Wallet ("the App"), provided by VDTKM Labs ("VDTKM," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Personal Tracking Tool

TravelRewards Wallet is a personal tool for organizing and tracking travel rewards information, including points, miles, loyalty programs, credit cards, rewards, and related information. The App is provided for informational and organizational purposes only and does not provide financial, travel, legal, tax, or other professional advice.

2. Information Accuracy

You are responsible for the information you enter into the App. VDTKM Labs does not guarantee that information displayed or calculated by the App is accurate, complete, current, or error-free. Always verify important information directly with the applicable airline, hotel, bank, credit-card issuer, or loyalty program.

3. Third-Party Programs

TravelRewards Wallet is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by airlines, hotels, banks, credit-card issuers, loyalty programs, or other third parties unless expressly stated otherwise. VDTKM Labs is not responsible for changes to third-party programs, rewards, benefits, balances, expiration dates, fees, availability, or terms.

4. No Guarantees

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." VDTKM Labs does not guarantee that the App will always be available, accurate, secure, uninterrupted, or free of errors. We may change, update, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VDTKM Labs, its owners, developers, and contributors are not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, cost, claim, or expense arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, TravelRewards Wallet. This includes, without limitation, any loss of points, miles, rewards, benefits, money, travel opportunities, data, or other losses resulting from information contained in or entered into the App, errors or omissions, missed expiration dates, changes to third-party programs, or reliance on information provided by the App. You use TravelRewards Wallet at your own risk. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy, available at vdtkm.com/travelrewardswallet/privacypolicy.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be effective when posted.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law.
